Collection Of Personally Identifiable Information
On certain pages on your site, we give you the option of providing us with personally identifiable information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, demographic, and other personal and financial information. We do not gather this more personal information without your knowing and active permission and participation.
The only way we know something about your personally identifiable information is if you voluntarily provide your organization or VCT organizations with your personal information, such as when you provide either of us with personally identifiable information so as to enable you to freely navigate within this site, you transact business at our site, you communicate on the site by sending us an e-mail, participate in organization surveys, or you post to any discussion board or other forum.
The choice of how much personally identifiable information you disclose to us is left completely up to you and our organization. If you do not want us to gather the personally identifiable information you type in, you may opt out of our collection process. We will then limit the personal information you type in to your full name, primary address, primary telephone number, membership ID and an e-mail address. Please note that a membership ID and password used for accessing your Site is maintained by VCT organizations and is used solely to allow you and other members of your organization to access the "Member Only" sections of the Site.
Collection Of Anonymous Information
Anonymous information is information that cannot be tied back to specific individual. When you visit your site, we collect and aggregate information indicating such things as, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which links were selected. Collecting such information involves the collection and recording of IP addresses, operating system, and browser software used by each organization member.

An "IP address" is a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet that other computers, like our servers, use to identify and send data to that computer. You can access your member profile to review the personal information you type in at your Site for the purpose of correcting or updating that information. You have the right to review the information and make any corrections to it that are appropriate. . No such request will result in the alteration or deletion of any membership IDs and passwords which are being maintained by VCT, Inc. solely for regulating access to certain limited areas.

VCT, Inc. operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our databases, including the member database, and system administrations logs, are password protected. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our visitors. Accordingly, the personal information you provide, while not encrypted when entered by you, is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only as disclosed in this privacy policy.
Our systems make it very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while it is being transferred over the Internet and while it is stored on our system. However, no Internet security system can guarantee perfect security.
